God’s Life Insurance

“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?” Mark 8:36 NKJV

I have always wondered how someone who makes important investments and decisions in this life doesn’t see the importance of how to invest in the next. Usually, wise investors research their stock, where they will live and how much it will cost. But when it comes to looking into where they will spend eternity, they leave to chance.

God has provided detail information about Himself and where we will be after this life. So, when He created the universe, He created the evidence that He exists. So the first step would be to know the One Who created you and made an eternal investment in your life. (Genesis 1:27)

“For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.” Romans 1:20

God spoke the world into existence manifesting Himself. Then God spoke to mankind and mankind spoke (Prophets) what was said and wrote it down (Holy Bible). So we have the Word of Creation, the spoken and written Word, to give evidence of His existence and know Who He Is.
 Then God manifested Himself by the living Word, through His Son, Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1-2, John 1: 1-14)

 So as evidence, we have creation, the spoken Word, written Word, and living Word, and the Holy Spirit Who gives us absolute assurance of Who God is and Who we are to be and They all AGREE.

“He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”  Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”  And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah!

                                                                   Investing in Eternal Life
So when you invest in this life only, you have nothing when you are dead. But if you invest in knowing God’s Word you will know how to have eternal life and how to live. Read the gospels of Jesus Christ
(Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) which is the best investors’ digest for this life and the next.

Where will you live after leaving this life? You will know by taking the time necessary to find out. You will either live eternally apart from God which is a place called Hell or in Heaven with God who loved you so much He wants you know, right now. ( 2 Corinthians 6:2)

But don’t take my word for it, find out for yourself. And you will not have to pay for it. Jesus paid it in full!

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
